Hawa Bamboo Flooring
Hawa Bamboo Flooring Corp. has been a manufacturer for many years, producing bamboo flooring made from natural resources. Produced from a natural grass that is ready for harvest in as few as 3 years, bamboo flooring is the only ecologically sound wood flooring available today.

Hawa bamboo flooring offers carbonized or natural coloring options, a pre-finished or unfinished surface, and a choice of either horizontal or vertical graining. Hawa bamboo flooring is pre-finished with a specially formulated Anti-Scratch top coating. The flooring has six coats on the surface including one coat of aluminum oxide, and two coats of an Anti-Scratch Top Coating outside to prevent marring of the floor. This European produced finish is designed to provide both clarity and durability - a first in bamboo flooring. Carbonized Bamboo Flooring is not stained at all, but rather during the manufacturing process the bamboo is boiled. This boiling of the stalks creates the brownish color in the boards. Natural Bamboo from Hawa on average ranks in at 1742 on the Janka Hardness Scale. Bamboo flooring is product of nature, elegant and beautiful. It resists bending as a result of them being dried and dehydrated. Hawa Bamboo flooring is harder than maple, more stable than red oak. Bamboo flooring also resists wearing because the bamboo has a higher density of fiber in comparison than another wood.

Furthermore, it is fully sandable and repairable because they are coated by UV Antic-Scratch Top Coating, the classic and modern technology with 6 times coats including one coat of an anti-abrasive.
